Past Events

Rating Corporate Governance and Performance Roundtable, a one-day conference held on November 2, 2006, examined how different firms with different objectives, such as proxy advisors, credit rating agencies, auditors, and D&O insurers, rate corporate governance and performance for their own purposes.  This conference will bring together representatives of leading firms from each industry to evaluate two hypothetical case firms.
